Kristin Makar is experienced in private equity and private company corporate work, including structuring and documenting company formation strategies, capitalization and investment initiatives, equipment acquisitions, operating agreements and corporate governance matters.
Kristin has successfully negotiated and drafted joint venture agreements with some of the largest industry leaders in the world. She has experience structuring and drafting lease-end documents as part of sale-leaseback transactions involving extended mileage telecommunications assets, including recording right-of-way and easement agreements with multiple county offices in multiple states. Additionally, Kristin has commercial and environmental litigation and related regulatory work experience in environmental matters affecting real property rights.
