Kristin is a seasoned corporate attorney who focuses her practice on counseling individuals and entities in a variety of transactional matters. She has experience advising companies in all stages of their lifecycles, including formation, compliance, governance, capitalization and financing, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property protection, employment, and commercial transactions. Kristin has represented individuals and domestic and international for-profit and non-profit entities in a variety of different industries. Prior to joining Kranjac Tripodi & Partners, Kristin was a commercial and environmental litigation attorney.

  • Represented a multinational manufacturer of industrial film in its global supply chain strategy, including negotiating a manufacturing and supply agreement with a global chemical and consumer goods company.

  • Represented an adult daycare facility in the settlement of claims, corporate restructuring, and buyout of several partners.

  • Represented a medical practice in its winding down and dissolution.

  • Represented a private equity fund in its equity offering and asset acquisition of a regional beverage company.

  • Represented a non-profit jazz foundation in its incorporation, application for federal and state tax exemptions, and compliance strategy.

  • Represented an executive officer of a publicly held global technology company in negotiating his employment agreement.

  • Represented a surrogacy agency in its multimillion-dollar stock sale to a private equity fund.

  • Represented a biotechnology company in its convertible note financing rounds.

  • Represented a principal of one of the largest multinational professional services networks in the world in negotiating his separation package and withdrawal from the company.

  • Represented a European sausage manufacturer in its U.S.-based manufacturing and distribution strategy.

  • Represented a Canadian refractory installation company in its financing and acquisition of U.S.-based assets.

  • Represented an international manufacturer of subsurface drip irrigation systems in its U.S.-based supply chain negotiations.

  • Represented a New Jersey political action committee in formation and compliance matters.
