November 2017 - KTP is pleased to announce and welcome the addition of Partner James Van Splinter and Associate Kristin Makar to its family. James, who previously worked with KTP Partners Joseph and Xavier joins the firm's commercial litigation and employment practice groups.  Kristin brings a wealth of experience in the private equity side and joins the corporate and financing groups. They are each accomplished attorneys who will continue in the tradition of providing client-focused service and legal counsel.

Spivack Symposium: "Calling all Women: Increasing Opportunities for Women Attorneys in Startups, Financial Services, and Tech Companies.  Mr. Kranjac shares his insights on "The Nuts and Bolts of Working with Start Ups and Tech Companies."

KTP is proud to welcome Xavier M. Bailliard as Partner to the Commercial Litigation group.  Mr. Bailliard will work with the firm's domestic and international clients as well as represent law firms in legal malpractice actions.  Mr. Bailliard is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and Duke University School of Law.
